A most embarrassing situation was faced by a lady from Sikkim whose Live! video is going viral on Social Media where she’s alleging a man wearing Red Shirt touched her improperly while she was on her way through the shopping complex.
Lady’s brother who was accompanying her came in support where he’s seen defending her by asking miscreant to apologies but man denies in the video.
With a lame excuse man escapes from the spot later, in the incident reportedly took place on Saturday, victim woman is heard saying the pervert touched the hips below the waist.
What law say regarding ‘Outraging Modesty of Woman’ Inappropriately touching ?
Inappropriate touching of a woman is a violation of her bodily integrity and is considered a crime under the Indian Penal Code. It falls under the category of sexual assault and is punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
