right sir to be direct out here in mother sikkim people see the filth but are waiting for some one to come and clean it.Let’s stop this mentality and let’s do it ourself i am a networking(computers) guy and i can help u with this initiative.In this broadband era people don’t need to travel and i can make it possible.
