Vodafone expands retail footprint in Sikkim : State gets first Vodafone store
22 Oct, Gangtok : Vodafone India, one of the India’s leading telecommunications service provides expended its retail footprint in Sikkim getting closer to the customers with the launch of its new large format Vodafone store at Gangtok. The new store will enable more customers to avail the bouquet of services offered by Vodafone and enhance their experience.
Vodafone services were being made available to customers in Gangtok through Vodafone mini stores. The new store is located at New Market, MG Marg behind Oriental Hotel in Gangtok. With the launch of this new store, Vodafone has now the largest retail touch point in Sikkim consisting of 1 Vodafone store in Jorthang and Namchi. Vodafone is in the process of adding few more exclusive touch points at important and prominent locations across Sikkim state and Gangtok city.
Prominently located in the heart of the city, the store also aims at being convienently accesible to all the customers. The look and feel of the store is designed to cater to every customer’s aspiration whilst capturing Vodafone’s core brand atitude. The store will also deliver a complete Vodafone experience to its customers.
Putting customers comfort first, the new Vodafone store offers 24 hours open self Kiosk where customers can make their bill payment or recharges or seel help through the hotline.
One signification aspect of the layout is the display of the live latest 3G smartphone handset display for customers to understand, experience and buy. The new design store will offer fast and accurate services and likely to reduce waiting time for the customers.Understanding the customers nee one unique offer which the store has is the RED BOX which can transfer the contacts quickly from old to new or another phone.
Vodafone stores are manned by trained Vodafone executives to offer guided experience to customers on new post-paid and pre-paid connections, smartphones, 3G and Mobile Internet connection, Mobile Broadband besides addressing to various customer service requirement like SIM replacement, query resolution, complaint management, recharge, e-bill facility and Dongles. Customer can also get to know about the special offers available to them. The store will remain open from 10 AM to 7 APM, Monday to Saturday.
