13 Sep, Gangtok : As per TV report, Nirbhaya case taken up by the fast track court of New Delhi on 16 December 2012 incident where 23 years old Damini was brutally raped and murdered has now finally come to justice. The four convicts namely Akshay Thakur, Vinay Sharma, Pawan Gupta and Mukesh Singh has been sentenced a death by the Saket Court today. The much awaited but the justice came along what the whole nation what they indeed were expecting behind such heinous crime. The court termed as rarest or rate case few days back holding the judgement until Friday (today), the message will pass throughout the world that justice will be done to victims and kin if such incident repeats.
In the other hand as the news broke out about the judgement the comments have started pouring in in popular social network sites repeatedly from all corners of the nation and world.
One writes , ‘I am extremely pleased with the law the way they have concluded the case related to such brutality against the innocent women, such capital punishment must be an eye opener to the world that yes in India women are safe and they are protected strongly with law’.

On the other other hand the defense lawyer has said it is a conspiracy behind and shall proceed to court on punishment to convicts.
