16 Nov,SICB: The State Institute of Capacity Building has started inviting the application of prospective trainees (girls only) for Hair & Beauty training at SICB,Karfectar South Sikkim. The course will start from 1st December 2011. The last date of submission of application is 28th November 2011 and the counseling is scheduled on the same day at 10.00 A.M.

Interested candidates having Class VIII passed between the age of 18 – 34 may apply with date of birth certificate, COI, and other testimonials within the date specified. Due to the limited seats the SICB will admit on the basis of first come first serve.
