20 Marcha, Namchi: The political rivalries between Sikkim Democratic Front Party and some opposition group in Sikkim had started is noticed with clashed and damages many vehicles in Sikkim. Nuk Tshering Bhutia known as Sonam vehicle was burnt in fire by some mobs yesterday night at his resident. The incident was of yesterday night around 1 am some group came his house near Forest check post at Melli South Sikkim and burnt his Scorpio vehicle bearing its registration No. SK/02/7774 which was registered on Nuk Tshering Bhutia wife Lakpa Doma Bhutia. After the FIR at Melli PS some arrest had been made by the Melli Police. Nir Vir Tamang (38) of Melli had been arrested by the Melli Police in suspect to related in this incedent. PI Melli Bijoy Subba speaking to the media person said that one Scorpio vehicle belonging to Nuk Tshering Bhutia had been burnt at his resident and the according to the conditional evidence Nir Vir Tamang had been arrested and the case had been registered at Melli PS Under Section 435 of IPC and case is under investigation.
Nuk Tshering Bhutia informed that his vehicle was burnt at his resident proves that is no any democracy in Sikkim. He further said that this type of incident had been occurred many times in Sikkim but no any culprit had been arrested but this is for the first time police had made some arrested. He further said that he only demand that police should investigate and must reach to the main culprit and find out the intension of that person. He also said that he was satisfied with the work of Melli Police. He also informed that he had suspected some persons namely Suresh Rai, Deepak Rai and Arjun Rai connection with his vehicle burnt and police must investigate this person he added.
