Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), BK Handique, has approved road projects of 434.23 crores spanning the five states of Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Manipur and Mizoram as part of the ongoing 11th Plan Projects of the North Eastern Council (NEC). According to a DoNER press note
