Recently concluded National RTI Activist Meet in Delhi from 30th to 31st january 2010, Gyatso Tongden Lepcha, president CLOS was invited to attend the meet. The meeting was organised by Public Cause Research Foundation (PCRF) where Mr Arvind Kejriwal, Managing Trustee, who is also one of the pioneer of RTI Act 2005 was chair and moderator of two day meeting.
